Afri2Pay – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Afri2Pay platform, including our mobile apps, website, APIs, merchant and agent tools, virtual cards, QR payment services, and wallet system. By creating an account or using Afri2Pay, you agree to these Terms.


1. Definitions

“Afri2Pay” refers to our company, platform, and financial technology services.

“User” refers to individuals using Afri2Pay for personal transactions.

“Merchant” refers to businesses accepting payments through Afri2Pay.

“Agent” refers to authorized agents providing Afri2Pay services.

“Wallet” refers to your digital balance on Afri2Pay.

“Virtual Card” refers to the digital card issued through Afri2Pay’s partners.


2. Account Registration

You must:

Be at least 18 years old

Provide accurate personal information

Complete identity verification where required

Maintain only one personal account

Providing false information may result in account restriction or closure.


3. Use of Services

You may use Afri2Pay for:

Sending and receiving money

Payments via QR code or payment link

Merchant transactions

Wallet funding and withdrawals

Virtual card purchases and online payments

You agree not to use Afri2Pay for illegal activities, including fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, or prohibited goods/services.


4. Fees & Charges

Afri2Pay maintains transparent fees. Applicable charges may include:

Transaction fees

Withdrawal fees

Currency conversion

Chargeback or dispute fees (for merchants)

Fees are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated as needed.


5. Wallet & Transactions

Transactions are processed instantly but may be delayed by system or regulatory checks.

You are responsible for reviewing transaction details before confirming.

Completed transactions cannot be reversed unless in cases of fraud, dispute resolution, or regulatory instruction.


6. Virtual Card Terms

Virtual cards are issued through licensed financial partners.

Usage is subject to card network regulations (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

Afri2Pay may freeze or replace virtual cards in cases of suspected fraud.


7. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants must:

Deliver goods/services as advertised

Maintain accurate pricing

Manage customer disputes professionally

Comply with financial regulations and KYC requirements

Afri2Pay may withhold settlement for suspicious or high-risk transactions.


8. Agents

Afri2Pay agents must follow:

Operational guidelines

Transaction limits

Customer verification rules

Abuse of agent privileges may lead to license termination.


9. Security

You agree to:

Keep your password private

Enable two-factor authentication (2FA)

Report suspicious activity immediately

Afri2Pay employs advanced encryption, fraud monitoring, and device verification; however, users are responsible for securing their accounts.


10. Compliance & Verification

Afri2Pay complies with:

AML/CFT laws

KYC regulations

Data protection standards

We may request additional documents at any time.


11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Fraud

Abuse of services

Regulatory violations

Chargeback abuse

False KYC information

Users may close their account anytime, subject to pending obligations.


12. Limitation of Liability

Afri2Pay is not liable for:

User error during transaction

Delays caused by banks or payment partners

Merchant service quality

Losses from unauthorized access due to user negligence

Our liability is limited to the value of the affected transaction.


13. Dispute Resolution

Users may file complaints through:

14. Modification of Terms

Afri2Pay may update these Terms as required with or without notice. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
