Agent Service Agreement
AFRI2PAY AGENT SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Agent Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Afri2Pay (“Company”) and the approved Agent (“Agent”). By registering and operating as an Afri2Pay Agent, you agree to the terms and obligations outlined below.
1. Appointment of Agent
Afri2Pay appoints the Agent as an independent, non-exclusive service provider upon succesful verification authorized to:
Facilitate customer onboarding
Process cash-in and cash-out transactions
Assist customers in using Afri2Pay services
Promote Afri2Pay products and solutions
The Agent is not an employee, partner, or legal representative of Afri2Pay.
2. Agent Responsibilities
The Agent agrees to:
Operate in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner.
Verify customer identity where required and follow KYC/AML rules.
Maintain accurate transaction records.
Protect customer data and confidentiality.
Use only Afri2Pay-approved systems, apps, and procedures.
Display Afri2Pay branding and price lists visibly at their location.
Not engage in fraud, misleading information, or unauthorized charges.
3. Float Management & Transactions
The Agent must maintain sufficient digital wallet balance (float) to process customer transactions.
All transactions are final once processed.
Afri2Pay may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits for risk and compliance purposes.
4. Commissions & Fees
Agents earn commissions on eligible transactions as published in the Afri2Pay Agent Commission Structure.
Afri2Pay may revise commission rates with prior notice.
Commissions are credited automatically to the Agent wallet.
5. Compliance & Security
The Agent must:
Follow all Afri2Pay security guidelines
Report suspicious activity immediately
Prevent unauthorized system access
Comply with applicable financial and data protection laws
Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Branding & Marketing
Agents are allowed to use Afri2Pay branding solely for offering Afri2Pay services.
Unauthorized duplication, modification, or misuse of branding is prohibited.
7. Termination
Afri2Pay may suspend or terminate this Agreement if:
Fraud, misconduct, or non-compliance is detected
The Agent violates operational or security guidelines
False information was provided during registration
Upon termination, the Agent must stop using Afri2Pay branding and tools.
8. Limitation of Liability
Afri2Pay is not responsible for:
Agent errors
Losses due to insufficient float
Unauthorized use of the Agent’s device or credentials
Customer disputes caused by the Agent’s actions
9. Confidentiality
All operational tools, commission structures, and customer information must be kept confidential by the Agent.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the applicable financial and commercial laws of the operator’s jurisdiction.
ACCEPTANCE
By registering as an Afri2Pay Agent, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agent Service Agreement.
