Afri2Pay Refund Policy

Afri2Pay processes payments instantly; therefore, all completed transactions are generally non-refundable. Refunds can only be issued by the merchant, agent, or recipient who received the funds.

If you believe a payment was made in error, unauthorized, or duplicated, please contact Afri2Pay Support within 24 hours for investigation. Refund outcomes depend on transaction status, merchant policies, and applicable regulations.

Afri2Pay reserves the right to decline refund requests for irreversible or settled transactions.
